Today we have received a letter from United Natins non-governmental organizations branch office for ECOSOC Support and Coordination which we would like to share with yourselves.

Subject: Follow-up to the decision of the Economic and Social Council.

I am pleased to inform you that the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) as its Coordination and management meeting of July 2015 adopted the recommendation of the Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to grant special consultative status to your organization, Sambhali Trust. On behalf of all staff of the Non-Governmental Organizations Branch/OESC/DESA, please accept our heartfelt congratulations.

Birthday of our Scholarship Program:

On July 30th we are celebrating our 9th year of providing scholarship to the needy. We wish them luck from the bottom of our hearts. We will share our photos with you soon. Wish us luck for this day.

H'ble Mayor Saheb Sh. Ghanshyam Ojha of Jodhpur and Officer from the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment in Jodhpur Dr. Arora attended the program and handed out the 200 scholarship cheques to the participants. We are honored.
